New Telephone Communication System at GPSA

To enable our membership to have direct access to our staff and thus our services we are introducting a new phone communication system from Monday, 14 December 2009.

    • From this date, members (and other callers) will be encouraged to use staff direct phone numbers rather than the main reception number. An automated system will answer calls to our main 08 8271 8988 number with options given, including the caller to leave a message. These messages will be emailed directly to staff for attendance ASAP.
    • For your convenience staff direct phone numbers will be accessible from the GPSA website, laminated information cards sent to Divisions, and email signatures and business cards.
    • We have planned this new system extensively and hopefully in this process have mitigated the chances of any inconvenience to our members with its introduction. The system is on trial for the first month so if the unforeseen does happen, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be seeking feedback throughout this period so that any required changes can be made.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

SA Health Feedback Summary:  CAMHS Model of Care – SA Health has released a summary of feedback from the CAMHS Model of Care outlining key themes identified during the consultation period which relate specifically to the model. For further details, please contact Kelly Quinlan, Policy Planning & Development Coordinator at GPSA.

The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal  GPSA seeks your support by donating non-perishable food items or toys to the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal. GPSA will be collecting items at our upcoming Integrated Primary Care Forum (see below) or  items can be dropped off at our office. Please help us to support this worthy cause.
