UPDATES TO SA PERINATAL PRACTICE GUIDELINES - Department of Health Perinatal Practice Guidelines
The guidelines below have now been updated on the Maternity Care in SA website. Chapter 96 Magnesium sulphate infusion regimen contains a new regimen (diluted to a 20 % solution). A PDF version of the dosage and administration guidelines for this regimen suitable for use as a flash card is linked below for download

INFORMATION ON REQUEST FORM AND SAMPLE LABELLING FOR TRANSFUSION, ANTENATAL AND PERINATAL TESTING - SA Pathology
To ensure the optimal use of blood products and to minimise the risk of transfusion related adverse events, a set of new standards for transfusion request forms and sample labelling has been introduced across Australia effective October 1, 2008.
